After 'Aer Credit Card' launched, (the partnership between Bank of Ireland and Aer Lingus), we received some feedback from customers and we realized that we have a few barriers. One of the barriers is the monthly fee of €7.99, however this credit card has annual travel rewards worth over €267. Using this information I tried to find a solution to make it easy for the customer to understand that they actually get more benefits than what they pay for with this credit card.
For this creative, I took a familiar six egg box and a standard chocolate bar. But instead of 6 eggs and a normal size chocolate bar, you get a little more. That extra egg and that extra square of chocolate is what you get in addition to what you paid (to parallel the benefits of Aer Credit Card). The copy for this creative is 'Get more than you pay for'. We're not afraid to tell you that you have to pay fees for this Credit Card but at the same time, you can have more rewards for what you pay.
